HERITAGE CHARM REDEFINED

Embarking on the restoration of a Federation-era home, our focus was to honour its heritage and detailed features while infusing modern functionality and practicality. With meticulous care, we restored and enhanced the original features throughout including the installation of hardwood floorboards and custom-designed built-in wardrobes to maximise storage while complementing the home's heritage aesthetic.

In the second stage of this project, we're transforming the back section of the building by removing all internal walls to maximise space and utility. This will feature a brand new bathroom, laundry, open kitchen-dining area and convenient walk-in pantry, and connects to the courtyard for seamless inside-outside living. Additionally, we're expanding upwards with a first storey addition, adding two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dedicated study nook to enhance the existing two bedroom, one bathroom home.
