We traded cold floor tiles for the inviting warmth of spotted gum hardwood flooring, which elegantly extends across the entire 200 square metre ground floor, enhancing the home's Sydney architectural heritage. 

The updated kitchen layout seamlessly connected the living and dining areas, improving the overall flow of the floor plan. Practicality was prioritized with renovations to the main bathroom and ensuite, catering to the demands of a six-bedroom home. An open-plan living space was reconfigured into two bedrooms, maximizing space efficiency.
