HERITAGE CHARM REDEFINED

Embarking on the restoration of a Federation-era home, our focus was to honour its heritage and detailed features while infusing modern functionality and practicality. With meticulous care, we undertook this Federation-era restoration by enhancing the original features throughout, including the installation of hardwood floorboards and custom-designed built-in wardrobes to maximise storage while complementing the home's heritage aesthetic.

In the second stage of this project, we're transforming the back section of the building by removing all internal walls to maximise space and utility. This will feature a brand new bathroom, laundry, open kitchen-dining area, and convenient walk-in pantry, all connecting to the courtyard for seamless inside-outside living. Additionally, we are planning first storey additions, expanding upwards with a new level that will include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dedicated study nook, enhancing the existing two bedroom, one bathroom home.

Currently in progress, the project is due to be completed by the end of 2024, showcasing our vision for Sydney renovations that blend traditional charm with modern convenience.
